Questiro Terms of Service

1. Introduction
Welcome to Questiro (“Questiro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Questiro’s software, services, websites, and applications (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
2. Definitions
- Account Owner: The individual or legal entity that creates a paid subscription, controls the Workspace, and is responsible for payment and compliance.
- Team Members: Individuals invited by the Account Owner to access the Services.
- Workspace: A logical environment controlled by an Account Owner where tasks, projects, and data are managed.
- User: Any individual accessing or using the Services.
- Content: All data, text, files, tasks, comments, and information submitted to or created within the Services.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
- If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
4. Acceptance of Terms
- Account Owners accept these Terms on behalf of themselves and all Team Members.
- Team Members accept these Terms upon first accessing or using the Services.
5. Account Registration & Responsibilities
5.1 Account Owners
- You must provide accurate billing and account information.
- You are responsible for all activity in your Workspace.
- You control access, permissions, and roles.
- You are responsible for Team Member compliance with these Terms.
5.2 Team Members
- Your permissions are set by the Account Owner.
- You must comply with all Questiro policies.
6. Subscription, Billing & Payments
- Subscriptions are billed in advance.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.
7. Ownership & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your Content. You grant Questiro a limited, non-exclusive license to process your Content solely to provide and improve the Services. Questiro retains all rights in the Services.
8. Data Protection & Privacy
Questiro processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Where applicable, Questiro acts as a data processor and the Account Owner acts as the data controller.
9. Termination
You may cancel at any time. Questiro may suspend or terminate access for violations, non-payment, or legal risk. Outstanding fees remain payable.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” QUESTIRO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
11. Limitation of Liability
QUESTIRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED FEES PAID IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Questiro is established. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
